I've been to Li and sisi for over 2 years and have never been asked for fee up front.

It's been 60 at PZ for awhile, even before Covid. I think it's even 60 for half hour as well. I think the only place that was charges 50 for entry fee is Li Massage and Sisi Massage, both owned by the same person.

Went to PZ in Smyrna recently, first time there in over a year. The only difference I noticed (besides the masks) was that they now collected the 60 house fee up front, which surprised me.

Cultural mores tend to drive what is clean, what is clean enough, what is dirty, etc. Mores do not rely on science, they tend to be more related to foundational rituals and traditions and even superstitions. As an example, one country's idea of clean or acceptable food might be in congruent with another country's.

I find, generally speaking, that Asians place cleanliness as a higher priority than most Americans. My post ranking Asians was meant in jest, to poke fun of the superiority complex that the most dominant Asian groups (Chinese / Japanese / Koreans) have against each other.

In all my mongering and tail chasing pursuits, I haven't ever had a problem with an Asian being unclean or skanky. In fact, my experience with AMPs is that they generally make an effort to be very tidy and are generally sensitive about personal cleanliness. But I haven't gone beyond the US border for this kind of thing, so my mileage might vary.

Overseas can be different and once in a great while in Korea I'd run across a stank pussy. Two notable examples: Years ago in Itaewon (Seoul) there was a bar girl who must have had some kind of infection going on because her pussy smell was horrible. Arbitrary in what way? Oz is correct, though there are exceptions. I would add that the 3 dozen or so Filipinas I've fucked have been clean, but none were working girls.
