LE will usually deny the existence of the stingray devices which capture all cell phone traffic in an area. They use the information gathered to leverage other information, a technique called "parallel construction", so that they don't have to admit using the stingray to originate the case.

Drones, satellites, remote viewing and good ol'fashioned wire taps. I'll eat my hat if there is one documented case of any of this technology being used to bust mongers cruising the loop. Guys need to get over themselves, we're not that important. Common sense, a modicum of caution and discretion and you'll happily monger your way through life.

I decided I needed a little Christmas cheer the day after Christmas, so took the drive to Milwaukee Saturday. I arrived on National and 35th about 1:00 in the afternoon, and left a few minutes after 5:00, so it was a pretty quick trip for me.

National had nothing all day, and I made several passes, Lincoln was dead as well, but only went down it twice. Greenfield was hopping though, so needless to say that's where most of my time was spent. Through the course of the day I picked up four ladies. Three were 40 for BBBJCIM and one, the last one, was 20 for same thing. She was the least attractive, but did the best job.

I also made a loop up North, Lisbon had 3 or 4 on my first pass, they were the ones you always see there and I didn't stop. Nothing was seen on my one pass down North. The 2nd pass on Lisbon had only 2, they had been there on first pass as well. I did see one girl on Lisbon I hadn't seen before, tiny and cute, but she was with her "boyfriend".

There was only one girl I got a number from (photos below) Her name is Blu, and she says she seldom walks. She is mostly on STG's and other sites. She is a very pleasant girl to talk to, with a nice body and was fixed up pretty nice. Makeup and eye lashes. Of course with 20 degree temps outside she was in tights, jeans, and 3 sweatshirts. Can't wait for some hotel fun with her.

I did see one other worth mentioning, just for trivia. I was heading West on Greenfield and stopped at the light on Cesar Chavez. I spotted a young 20 something girl across the street in a SHORT jean skirt and thigh high boots. She looked INCREDUBLE. By the time I got around to the street she was now on and turned around she just vanished. I drove a few blocks down Greenfield and decided to go back just in case. Sure enough I spotted her again. She gave the cold shoulder to another car that stopped, and when I got by her she just rolled her eyes and kept walking, all the while yakking full speed into her cell phone. Don't know what her game was but it was fun for a minute.

Decided to hit up national ave after work and scooped up a pretty petite Hispanic female SW in the low 20's on national. She was wearing cheetah print leggings and an a red jacket. She had long black hair, purple lipstick and she had all of her teeth. A big part of it is that in the 80's and even the early 90's there was no real Internet presence. A lot of these providers that are on STG and other sites that are carrying a habit would have been on the streets in the 80's and 90's.

I've been trying for some time to snatch a SW for my first car play event, but I've been failing again & again. First, lots of times there ain't much out & not entirely sure who is or is not "in the game. ".

Second, I'm risk averse (too much to lose) - so anything suspicious nixes the deal. Like trying to talk to much through the window or other people hanging around too close.

I'm trying to scout out around 3-4 options that are STG / SW crossovers, so I can see pictures and know who's who and maybe see some reviews. Another deal breaker is they look too bad up close.

Feel free to reply or pm if you think you can point me in the right direction.

So why an I writing you? First, you need to understand "The Look. " Women walking to and from home, work, store, wherever, look where they're going. SW's look at traffic. So slow down, a little. When you see a woman you're interested in, lock on her eyes as you drive past her. If she's working, she'll be doing the same to you. You'll know the look when you get it, because you've maintained sustained eye contact at 25 miles per hour. Once you established that you've got "the look," follow SW protocol. Pull off the main drag, go around the corner, or whatever. Again, any of old timers cannot stress enough. NEVER EVER EVER talk through the window. UCLE will chit-chat at the window, and never get in the car. If a woman who seems to be streetwalking asks you through the window, "What are you looking for?" Answer "Nothing, I thought you needed a ride. Sorry to bother you. " Then leave!

If you get gutsy enough, you can stop and talk to a woman walking along where you haven't got "the look. " Ask them directions or for a non-existent address. If they talk to you readily, you can ask them for their name and their number. A lot of women aren't' "hookers" but may be willing to trade for cell phones, kids' birthdays, rent, etc. If you do this, keep it light. If she declines to give you any info, thank her for her time, have nice day, and be on your way.

P.S. Having lived through the hayday of Streetwalking in Milwaukee, I can only say that the quality has not tumbled, it has avalanche on the streets. I don't cruise for hookers much anymore for all the reasons that have been listed to death elsewhere in this thread. My god I miss the 80's and 90's. It was a fucking smorgasbord.

Risk aversion is not a bad thing. A healthy dose of paranoia is better than some of the behaviour I see on the loops. If you haven't already go to the front page and read the rules of mongering on the lower left side. Read them, memorise them, live by them.

Most of the SW's out there now are experienced enough to know how to play the game. They typically keep a pretty close eye on traffic and if they see you checking them out they'll usually give you a nod, a smile or even a little wave. If they are walking drive past them and come around the block to try and time it so you both reach a corner at the same time. If they are just standing on a corner loop around the block to approach the corner from the side street. There should be absolutely no conversation through the window . Just make eye contact, give them a nod and they should just come over and hop in. Drive immediately. You can do introductions, LEO check and discuss services / price as you drive.

To the crux of your question. Yes, right now finding a SW requires a great deal of patience. You can roll the loop and see no one at all, 20 minutes later it's like a buffet, 20 minutes after that the streets are empty again. It's not unusual for it to take me 2 hours to find someone worth the risk. In addition, you're setting a pretty high bar on appearance. By the time they are working the streets they are almost always carrying a heavy habit and living in trap houses. The addiction has taken its toll, and hygiene is pretty low on their list. Yeah, there is the occasional diamond in the rough but that requires either a ton of patience or a ton of luck. It usually comes down to "Well she's not TO bad and all I'm going to see is the back of her head anyway. ".

I'll try and find a few crossover STG links but those typically really require patience because they only hit the street when the phone isn't ringing from their ad.

Hit the south loop from about 11 pm to 1 am and went back to the hotel with blue balls and some street tacos. A few haggards out but nothing worth scooping. A little surprised considering the mild weather but now a days it really is a crapshoot. Next time I am in town I am gonna give the north side a shot. Reports seem to suggest more activity now. Maybe someone can confirm who hits both regularly?
