Even as a LSC fan, It's telling that they are using a different name and pictures from a girl previously working in the bay. They know or should know what they're doing, as she seems like a dud. I've seen Azia when she was at VF and it was a meh experience. I empathize with you. LSC is a top tier org and not known for bait and switch unlike a couple of orgs I can immediately think of. Given that you're a regular with LSC you could've easily walked away at the front door and texted the PO to decline the girl without any consequences.
