I'd agree that seeing an Indie is less riskier. More difficult for LE to obtain a search warrant and for LE to prove that it wasn't intimacy between two consenting adults. However, if the indie is widely advertising on the internet and doing high volume with lots of traffic, then it makes things easier for LE.
