Currently I cap the maximum outlay at $400 applying the same thought process. A) Are you logged in? If you click incognito, you most likely are not. You have to be either logged in or create dummy account to see a profile, unless.

B) The girl blocked you. You can't see profiles of women who block you.

Also, when doing a search, make sure you click "reset all" and enter the parameters. Sometimes, it will carry over your older searches (including text one) which can affect the search.
