Gascon's directive for select misdemeanors does not apply within LA City limits, which is City Attorney and LAPD territory. I have driven by Goldfinger, oriental, ceo, seasons, and the place on Pico (I forget the name, but right by west wood blvd), and they are as dark as an asshole at midnight after a cup of coffee.

The place above the pollo loco with the gorda Latinas (hefty messicans) seemed to be open, but it maybe was just the lights on.
