There is a significant pool of women on SA who like the idea of this, (and maybe even have done it once or twice,) but just can't get motivated ENOUGH to make it happen. Or they have a full time bf, or other stuff in their life, to where they are available very infrequently at random times.

I used to think that having a backup list like that was helpful. In my experience trying to get a real date out of those types of backups proved very difficult. I have way better luck with finding someone new who is ready to make it happen vs moving someone that's been text-only for 3 months into actually meeting up. YMMV of course.
