I guess everyone has their own definition but Jess is definitely not what I'd call a spinner. Long time monger but first time here for this site. Normally I lurk on them.

Made appointment in Saturday for Monday. Never heard back. Texted again and she said her alarm didn't go off to reschedule for later. I complied never heard back. Couldn't agree more. I think what's happening is that Jess is super nice so people are blown away bc many girls aren't nice or on time. But if you think about it the service is ok. Its not nearly what everyone is saying unless of course your not having good experiences.
