If I were to use the fake pics criteria beforehand, I would never use any of the Asian Agencies or many of the legacy girls from the MyRedbook days. For independents you might try Luna in Mira Mesa / Scripps, she has most of those elements and you may just need to work it out with her. Or Zoe I'm La Jolla shores, although I'm not sure if she is still operating in the pandemic. She hasn't posted in a while and I haven't seen her since April or May.
