If I were to use the fake pics criteria beforehand, I would never use any of the Asian Agencies or many of the legacy girls from the MyRedbook days. Might be hard to come by on the I dependent scene during the pandemic. But with that budget your best bet would be SDAG / FEC. For independents you might try Luna in Mira Mesa / Scripps, she has most of those elements and you may just need to work it out with her. Or Zoe I'm La Jolla shores, although I'm not sure if she is still operating in the pandemic. She hasn't posted in a while and I haven't seen her since April or May.

I would say more than 90% of providers who advertise on RR that are 'established' (reviewed) charge 200 $+ for the hour and extras are more. Probably making a list of <200 $ would make more sense.
