My experiences with Halia lead me to conclude that she was just too flaky to deal with. I did manage to successfully see her once, and she is very hot and seemed very sweet (quite the talker). Her communication is very erratic though, and on multiple occasions she ghosted me on the day of our appointment. The last time she did so, which was summer of 2019, after I had driven about 90 minutes to see her near Quantico, was the last straw.

You might get lucky with her, but in my experience you will probably end up frustrated by her undeoendability.

My plumber visited this on a while back. She pops up every now and then in NoVa with a different email every time. Always for a few days at a time then poof. Gone for another few months. No way to track her through reviews he said since no name is ever associated with the ad and the email address is different every time. He said his visit was surreal. Inaccurate pics, crazy family stories, hygiene issues. Those pics may have been her 25 years ago but not so now. Be safe out there.

Halia moved to Quantico where she operates out of a private house near the base. I had a long appointment scheduled with her last September. She cancelled and has refused contact since. So I don't know what is going on with her. Let me know if you get any information.
