I don't know why I never thought of this before, but anyone going to an AMP covering the house fee via their health insurance? Whether that be in-plan or using your HSA. Obviously it'd have to be a place with a more inconspicuous name, but that should be possible in Mesa. Would be most interested in getting a private provider (obviously a CMT) covered by health insurance, but that feels like more of a long shot.
