Heavenly is legit. UTR activity has been reported here and there over the years but that's the exception more than the rule and girls will get fired for risking the shop's reputation. If you want a good massage there are ladies there who know what they are doing (Margharita is good but definitely no extras; Rosa is like Elizabeth and weird as fuck - don't give her your phone # - but she does massage ok) but some are terrible. I used to go for the 60 min special on Groupon and love the steam shower, but I've had better massages at Massage Envy and monger at more predictable AMP/EMP places.
