Quotes from 2015 interview,"we have done nothing wrong, they are just unfounded allegations and Kath agrees the same. Promote themselves? The public thinks we (chief) and prosecutor are corrupt and lies? Rehashed? Sure thing, I could reserve a dozen or so books as once it goes public, it'll be a best seller and hard to obtain once the demand exceeds the inventory. I have no idea how bail bonds work, is this correct?

The bail is $500,000. The family paid the bail bond company $50,000 and the bail bond company puts up 450,000 to free him. When he goes to trial, the state gives the money back to the bail bond company and they keep the 50,000 extra as their payment? But if the guy skips out, then the bail bond company is screwed out of 450,000.

If this is correct, and the family is loaded, why not get a home equity loan on one of their multi million dollar homes instead of giving away 50 k?

And does the bail bond company really have 450,000 cash on hand, or do they put up only a % of the total bail? I sure wouldn't risk 450,000 of my money on this guy.
