Sorry you were meh. Fridays are tough / a long weekend brings us all out. I'd give them a chance, best on mornings (even Sat / Sun) where you likely won't be rushed. They will do the full 60 minutes if they can.

AMPs here are strictly HJ, with most pushing DIY. It does bring a certain stability in you know what you'll get for door fee and tip, and safety is usually a given.
