You have to be speaking of a different CeCe because the one I know is 29 yrs old.

Can't really tell from that pic; but I thought she told me 38. She is biracial; black and white. Who knows, maybe not the same but hair was a little frizzy, hung out by the Church on payson and Ashton across from the little dog park or appears to be utilized as a dog park. Ran into one that meets the profile. Told me a different name but the same story about being robbed. She actually told me that happened yesterday. This one had on like black leggings type pants and was wearing old school gold on white shell toe Adidas. Seemed nice but something a little off with this one.
