There seems to be no pattern here.

If the profile name got changed to "Sugar Baby" it seems to mean they've deleted. But sometimes they delete and this doesn't happen; the profile name still appears.

If I really care I sign on with my second (free) account and check. But their platform, I think, doesn't do the same thing all the time.

Doesn't matter much if the name shows up or if it just says sugar baby. If you click on a message of someone with the circle and backslash sign and look towards the bottom where you would enter a message there are one of two messages you will see:

Let me answer that for her. There are no 'tests' or 'results' and the test 'type' is known as 'none'. There. That should put everything in a perspective.

If she had any actual tests she would have shown the results or been very specific about what the tests were. Since she didn't provide any of this assume she did what every girl in this space does non-stop: lie her little heart out. That anyone takes what these girls say at face value is laughable.
