Windsor's site for ads is Leolist. All of the ads are for escorts with a few Asians in the mix. The scene is hit and miss, mostly miss with at least one notable exception ya'll know as Yuki.

Parlors were wiped out years ago by an aggressive mayor. Only 1 maybe 2 are in business.

What is the attraction to Windsor, I have searched and not seen much.
