Of course never say never, but I tend to agree with the no deposit policy. As someone else mentioned, many of the girls look at us as tricks or marks. Oh, no, I don't have a habit of paying deposits. You're right that they're usually scams, but they're not *always* scams. Have had a couple pretty good encounters with chances taken. All in all this seemed more and more like a pretty ok bet until the message of "for the safety of your car".

Again, I'm not stressed to be out anything. Just disappointed at what a difference a half hour distance makes (was previously up in Tacoma). Probably just going to have to suck it up and burn some gas to find anything decent.

Maybe not, but sending money ahead of time is always a scam even with providers you've seen before. You'd have less frustration and wasted time just burning the money. Is this something you normally do where you moved from?
