You do not like your job, but grunt your teeth. Think of the mortgage and do it. They on the other hand. It is 100% tax free. If you take that into account. Any SP who is half-way organised and knows how to save / invest can make a killing in just 5-10 years. But yeah those will be hard 5-10 years.
