The detective said they can't charge the guys or the girls for prostitution without seeing money exchanged. Talking is or seeing text doesn't incriminate you. I understand everyone is hesitant. But I'm concerned she might get other girls to do this and someone could get hurt. From her to one of the guys or even both.

Guys, I have talked to the detective and she said she had gotten 3 other reports and has a strong case against them.
