Yes, Mandala is still there. But, some of the old ladies that you mentioned are still there. I've read that new Mongers have a hard time getting the happy finish as they're very cautious with the new clients. However, veterans like us will still get the final blast as long as they remember you. I would visit again, would bring back memories, nothing changed with the facility. The only part that I don't like is the tipping. They still charge a lot. HJ 80, Topless 100-120 (depends who) and of course, nothing more than that. Reason I don't go back is that the AMPs are less with the tipping and 60 will get you topless automatically.
