Use a cart, not a hand thing. Wipe the cart handle down and touch nothing else. Do not touch anything you are not going to fucken buy. Do not wear gloves. Wipe your hands upon entry and upon checking out. You may even want to try and wipe after every touch, especially things that are high touch, like milk, etc.

Do not use the shitter in a market. Shit in your pants.

Do not go to the market during peak hours. Get up at 6 am and overbuy if you have to. I repeat, every checker at the market has covid. They can shove their plexiglass and their masks up their butt hole, it is water vapor and condenses through a mask.

2. Vitamin D, vitamin c, zinc, quercetin, and if you can get it prescribed. Ivermectin.

3. mongering. I would refrain from the gang bangs for awhile. You may want to stick to the WSW and Asians for the time being.

Massage therapy is among the exceptions. This is critical. First off, I assume hookers on fig can work during curfew?

Second, how the fuck does a curfew, during hours when no one is out and no one. Save for fig. Is touching each other (other than people eating outside? Work to stop a virus?

Third, and since you ask me, covid is spreading pretty hard core at major grocery stores. My fish counter has been immune, only because I have instituted almost OCD hand washing protocols if anyone leave or comes into my fish counter. All fomites in my fish counter are sprayed down every two hours.

But, not everyone runs a fish counter like I do. It seems that places where there are "touch points" and people "taking a shit" in the same indoor area are a problem.

If you want my advice, when you go to a grocery store, do not tough anything with your skin. Because you have to wear a mask, which increases the chances that you will touch your face, wear a flimsy cloth mask that you do not fiddle with. Do not go to the bathroom. You may want to wear gloves. It does not matter if the place is crowded, all that matters is that you do not touch shit. And shit is everywhere because about 50% of Californians never wash their ass or hands after they shit.
