Depends.
A lot of my decision is driven by the conditions of the environment the provider is working in and how much (or how little) the provider is charging for their time. IMHO I tend to trust high dollar providers (hr) that they are keeping themselves safe and healthy a lot more than I would ever trust a low dollar provider (5 and under / hr). Even in the case of high dollar providers I still try to limit my non-mask usage just because (as of at least right now), you can never be too sure. My advice is that if you are concerned about catching something like COVID from a provider right now then it might be best to lay low until a true and tested cure / treatment or vaccine is available.
