That sucks! This sounds much like my experience. I'd forgotten that I did see a camera when entering but it was too late by then. This is exactly why I don't make a fuss. You did the right thing. Not worth screwing up your life over few $. I wish someone would bring in some new talent with a focus on customer service. As others have said, for these rates, we should be getting premium service. Waiting to no longer be in lock down, and we start travelling again and have more options.

I just have to comment on her. I made a revisit with her not to long ago. I though the first one was great, hell the 2nd time was amazing.
