Couple of questions for the veterans or legally minded folks on this forum -- Are LEs able to pull you over for just picking up someone (especially when they know you've picked up a SW)? Has anyone experienced being pulled over like this for no other reason (tail lights being out, running stop signs etc)? I'm curious to hear your experiences on this.
