Yes. Lin Oil has 2 ladies. Both older and uglier. Neither give a good massage. The place across the street, I haven't spent money at, but one of the girls at least looks decent.

I assume you mean Federal Way. Don't know about "Two Lillies" (or whatever), but Palace Spa is strictly legit (at least for the 2 times I have been there). It's kind of a joke. Water was always cold. I'm not sure they use it anymore. There is a stand up shower available if all your interested in is getting clean.
