As one who's left some of the reviews:

She is a bit hyper and super chatty. I didn't ever see her drugged but can't say she doesn't use.

Not sure what review implied she was highend or worth high dollar. While her skills are great and she has a great attutude I'd not pay her top dollar either for the same reasons you point out. For me makeup, dress and sexy mood are required for higher fees.
