I live within walking distance from KS. I have lurked on the MP reports for quite some time now but never bit the bullet. I've only ever gone on dates with providers and those are usually a bit more straight forward with procedure.

If I am going to a MP, such as KS, for my first time what are the ground rules or basic etiquette for getting what I want? How much should I bring for the house and for tip?
