It works until it doesn't. Most of the VPN providers basically rent space and grab IPs from a set of uplink providers. ProtonVPN and PIA uses the same providers in Canada for example. All these sites are just taking the easy way out to block IPs not knowing they're leaving a good number of good customers out of the equation. Of course when their business is targeting volume and lowest of the low in quality, they couldn't care less. You will notice that higher end sites handle things much differently when they understand their revenue stream.

Do not use a VPN but use TOR with Firefox browser. STG also blocks when using this but TOR allows you to get a new circuit. So my experience is multiple tries at a new TOR circuit until it finally opens STG. EROS is doing it too. All the social media I use for porn is blocking or using re-captcha because they don't like what TOR does. Twitter, Onlyfans, Manyvids.
