As for LEO checks, like DBP said, those are mostly for the Walker to feel at ease. I don't think any LEO check method I've heard of has gotten a positive endorsement from the legal folks I've asked (you grabbing their naughty bits, them grabbing your naughty bits, buying them cigarettes or a soda or some other "gift", asking "are you a cop? Etc). But, it does make the provider feel safer, so I usually oblige.

At the end of the day, I don't think there is any fool proof method for detecting LEO. You kinda have to go with your gut and develop an instinct for it.

Is 79th still active? It's been years since I drove through there, I know they cleaned up alot of the issue it once had.

Honestly I don't see anything anymore when I go out, seems like it's mostly dead all through SFLA.
