If it's helpful on the location, I did see the earlier report about a male roommate though by the time I saw her she claimed to have just moved to a new place, and there was a female roommate she spoke of who owned the house though I never met her (house was empty when we used it).

The location is actually in a relatively nice little subdivision of town homes off a major highway in Chantilly area, and I never felt unsafe. But the place itself is a little haphazardly decorated inside and the upper-floor room she uses to play didn't have a real bed only an air mattress on the floor. She said she's saving up for a real mattress / bed so that may change, though just something to be aware of. She can be skittish about inviting new people directly over to the house, so don't be surprised if she wants to meet at a nearby public location first and then drive together to her place.

The one thing to be aware of with J is she's had a tough life in the past, and has some literal scars to prove it from her earlier struggles (that she prefers to cover up with stockings / leggings). It took me a few tries to even get her to meet up the first time, and she can be disorganised. If that's too much drama, she's probably not the one you're going to enjoy spending time with. If she isn't fake, she's certainly forgetful. Earlier this week she said she would be coming into DC the following day, so we set up a meet and greet for lunch. Confirmed it again that night. Then the next morning, asked if we were still on and she said oh she's actually in Leesburg all day and didn't know what I meant that she was going to be in DC. Was kinda weird, almost like another person was operating her account, so I said no thanks and moved on. She may be real and just flaky, but seems like your spidey sense is on target.

You never really know though. We are making educated guesses at best. Even low to no volume girls have spikes in activity. To say nothing of the non-SD guys that they may be fucking. At the end of the day we all just take calculated risks or protect ourselves as we see fit.

Trust me, just because the girl says she's not open to BBFS doesn't mean anything. I was on SA for a number of months last year and only pursued girls they most would consider 9's and up.
