Even the highest rated restaurants will have a few reviews on Yelp by people who say they had a terrible experience and will never go back. I'm sure Mandy has had her occasional scheduling fuck-ups, but the vast majority of her reviews (of which there are enough to fill a novel) have nothing but great things to say about her (as do I). I definitely agree that it's not unreasonable or a "delusion of grandeur" for her to request clients follow a few simple guidelines when contacting her.
