I definitely agree that it's not unreasonable or a "delusion of grandeur" for her to request clients follow a few simple guidelines when contacting her.

I don't think that's the case at all. She has never been anything but extremely reasonable, fair and accommodating in my experience. To say nothing of always providing a fantastic service. And she doesn't even charge a high rate. I don't think it's really asking a lot for new clients to follow something as basic as "don't send twenty texts in a day if you haven't gotten a reply", do you?
