It seems as though the tail is wagging the dog in Brevard these days. I'm seeing crazy prices of 140/150/160 being "demanded" with "No Negotiation" for just 30 min (or less). Some say you have to buy your own covers or even send pictures of yourself. There needs to be a re-alignment because if mongers keep agreeing to these prices, they will continually go up, as we are seeing.

From what I can tell seems to be plenty of supply in the space coast. I live in East Orlando, and it's pretty dry.
