Agree with the 12th area. I think business is slow. Most are standing in the doorways midday. Gives you a chance to windowshop. Would appreciate anyone's updated reviews of the area.

There's a couple places on S Jackson that, depending on your priorities, might be worth it. Lena at Seattle Foot & Body Massage is reliable and affordable, but she's no spring chicken. RockChalk and I have both written about her before.

Nothing on cap hill. 12th and Jackson is your best bet. Any of the row of spots is going to be what you're looking for. Just don't leave anything in your car. That block is super sketchy with addicts and homeless all over the place.
