Well in under 30 minutes I got a response. They said I need to review the terms of service and agree to abide by them going forward and then they'll give me one more chance. They didn't specifically say what it was that caused this, but I asked in my reply if they could tell me. My access hasn't been restored yet, but looks like it should.
