Slight correction (I think) on Bella reports from Flint. She had 2 cash & dash reports back in January but one monger followed up saying she made it right.

Service is always subjective, as some guys like different things delivered in different ways.

Here we have a provider that has had multiple reports of ripoff and worse yet, private and personal information being divulged and used against the client. There is no circumstance where this is ok, and personally for me it's an instant write off and never talk to this person again. Ever.

And that's the teachable moment, newer users should read that, and never approach her. It doesn't matter if she may actually provide, if there's a 20% chance that she'll threaten with doxing you basically if you don't give up x amount of money that's way too large a risk.

As already said, if it were just lousy service (again that's subjective) then it's a YMMV situation.
