The acronym above refers to the massive loophole in the tax law that allowed for tax shelters.

In a similar giant loophole, supposably bare elegance is open and having patrons get lap dances inside and this is all allowed under mandates for cock distancing because bare elegance has an outdoor dining area. I would call our county supervisor, but who fucking cares.

They want $500 - $2000 to book a table with a couple bottles. Ain't no extras no nothing in that fake ass club. It is just a brunch of fools wasting their money, simping and making it rain for dancers and going home blue balls.

Stay away from these so called "black strip clubs that feature celebrities". Yes the dancers are eye candy, but the juice isn't worth the squeeze. But if tipping girls many dollars who don't get fully naked, nor make you "happy" this is for you, go for it otherwise stay away

Never understood the make it rain bs rappers started 20 ears ago. Dances be anywhere from $5 (ATL prices) - $40 per song but guys making it rain $100's of dollars for it, and not even getting anything "extra", but think they cool.

First time posting, thought after getting so much from here I could give something back. I drove past bare elegance last night and saw the lot was busy. I did not go in but I called today and they said they are open from 7 pm to 3 am and are operating as a restaurant. Masks are required. I will follow up with why'all if I decide to check it out.

I have been to Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Texas, the Dakotas, eastern Tennessee and Arkansas during California's ineffective lockdown. I ate in restaurants the entire time, was never given shit for not wearing a mask except for the brief second entering the restaurant, and flown in a dozen planes with people who have the sanitation habits of farm animals. I washed my hands frequently, and I made it a point not to touch my face unless I re-washed my hands. Even on the planes, I used hand wipes if I so much as got near someone. I only wore a mask on the planes during takeoff and landing.

California's spread and fatality rate is as bad as some third world countries. It is not the mitigation that work, it is individual and group sanitation.

I wouldn't be so sure. Their Twitter account hasn't had a new post since they were shut down in March. Since they would tweet multiple times daily until then, it's a pretty good barometer

Drove by Bare Elegance last Sunday night around 11:30 pm and they were open for something. I didn't go inside so I don't have any more details.

Also drove by Jetstrip and it was definitely closed, completely dark.
