I don't know for sure, but I've seen these ads with the face "professionally blurred" for years. I know that the vast majority of these girls would have no idea how to do this. If they did then they probably wouldn't need to sell their bodies to make money. I've always assumed that these girls were part of a larger organization, and possibly in the business against their will. It is also possible that it is a scam ad.
