The scammers do that. They are not in the city and switch their profiles from city to city. I've caught several because when I ask them what neighborhood they are in, they give me a neighborhood that is not Seattle or they give a neighborhood that no one in Seattle would actually use (Sunset Hill instead of Ballard). Sometimes they say "downtown" and I say "which part" and then they name a street that isn't even in Seattle.
