I don't know about M in particular, but generally speaking, the answer to this question is a resounding "yes" from my experience. And I have seen this happen in Nor Cal all over, and same thing in LA and Vegas.

And when first info comes out on review sites for "bad ones", there are damage control reviews. Those damage control reviews aren't coming from regular mongers.
