Is it really slow in general for most of the girls? One girl told me that it's been really bad for her lately. I'm guessing she isn't that great and only the good ones are doing well right now.

I don't know about M in particular, but generally speaking, the answer to this question is a resounding "yes" from my experience. And I have seen this happen in Nor Cal all over, and same thing in LA and Vegas.

Orgs, their pr workers, bookers, shill reviewers, etc are all known to promote all girls, especially the "bad ones". And when first info comes out on review sites for "bad ones", there are damage control reviews. Those damage control reviews aren't coming from regular mongers. Maybe some orgs value their rep more than others, but there's very little they wouldn't do for green paper. Hosting a new girl who turns out to be a disaster is bad pr for them and also loss of money, so it will be swept under a rug and damage controlled, and girl will at least finish her tour there.

Maybe you shouldn't read my reviews. I get good intel and some of us know how to get the best out of the girls. It's a very simple equation. You get what you give.

My personal rule of thumb is home team sets the rules. If I'm on an incall, she's not going to run off (it's the monger who's more likely to bolt), so it's pretty safe to pay up front. If she's on an outcall, however, the roles are reversed, and the lady is now the one more likely to cut and run, so she gets paid when it's all done.

If you've developed a business relationship with a provider, then it's pretty easy to do either in both circumstances. It's whatever the 2 of you are comfortable with, since you two already trust each other to a degree.

I agree with everything you said except that they can refuse booking for certain girls. I know personally M didn't want certain girls but had no say in it. That's why you see girls return to her as a booker who were not very good the first time around. I. e. Candy, Hera, Eva, etc. She's just a worker in the org and has to book for whomever they send to her. The girls go the org for jobs and not to M and if they contact M personally she directs them to the org for the job. Other than screening of customers and booking bookers have very little say in who is hired and only can report complaints if they want someone fired.

From my experience, whenever I ask if a girl is good or not, she would also mention "other clients say good" or "very popular". However I have had another Booker give me similar feedback, and the girl was hit or miss. Just my input.
