I went there as well. I had pretty much the same experience, but the girl I had was definitely not a D cup. After the HE she asked if wanted another half an hour. Perhaps a second HE was on the table, but my wallet was a little light that day.

Before the pandemic, SoftBay was $60/ hour, which seems to be the going rate for many places. The only place I can think of that's been $70/ hour has been Yili in Fremont, and it's been that price for years.

They increased it after the pandemic. I started to leave due to the price increase and they agreed to $60 for an hour. I don't know if that'll work every time. Since most places are $60 per hour I'd just go somewhere else if they don't budge.
