You have to view the calendar on their site, there's usually like 1-2 girls available per week. To get verified you can use a well known provider as a reference, or you can message them on ter if you have a decent amount of reviews spanning at least a few months and they feel you are legit. If you don't have either of those then yes the screening process is more invasive (license, photo, etc).
