Many of the times I've spotted her I've noticed they were dead early in the morning, between 12-3 am. It must be 6 pm if you're looking for takeout. LOL. I never see anyone beyond afternoon, even after 7 am, I get weary because of the LE changeover time. My time is usually 5-7 am.
