There is no easy answer. Is it simply the power of the pussy. Just read through the forums. Easier said than done at times, I'll have to admit. Once you've gone to the trouble of setting up an appointment and getting there, especially given the difficulty of actually setting anything up with most providers anymore without them nodding off or flaking in some way, it's hard to just walk away without doing anything.
