Hey man, it's really a hit or miss out there. We usually talk about the good times, but we all have dry spells. Here's my experience:

By car: If you're not sure on a girl and you can't get her attention to look at you, just honk. If she looks at you and don't come, most likely she's not a working girl. Or she could be a working girl, just not doing dates at that moment. If they are interested they'll walk up to the car and you just say need a ride or trying to do something. They'll hop in.
