I say fake. She has ad in 10 different cities using several different names. I have found most post with 0 in area code fake. Most likely want you to pay in advance to prove you are serious. Save your money.

The simple answer to your question is, "No, I do not have experience with her. " However, I can say from experience that ads like this one are usually for girls who travel around (or who are sent around), staying for a while in cheap motels at their various stops.
