First things first. It's all about the time. It does no good to pay for an hr if all she wants is for you to get your rocks off and leave. Then comes the personality. For me an hour is the minimum, and I enjoy multi-hour appointments but only with certain people. It really comes down to this: do you enjoy her company? Is she someone you would enjoy having dinner with or sharing drinks with? I'm not saying you actually have to do those things, though you could. But if you would not enjoy those things, you probably should stick with your short appointments.
